Didn't see anybody else post this yet, so I thought I would mention that the Viper Venomous Silver Sword issue in NG+ has been fixed. You now get the Legendary version instead of the standard when you loot it during the quest. You still don't get a crafting diagram for it, but at least the sword isn't embarrassingly underleveled anymore.
